What is Jobless Society?

Well, we are not against jobs, as most of us have been there (and in fact, still searching for some), and that it had helped us live this world of ours. It had somehow helped us feed ourselves, our family, and our children.

But, people, even without jobs (which is commonly associated with “office work” or “a work in a company office”) are still able to live decently. People in the provinces who produces the crops, people who sells candy, cigarettes, and the like that most of the “jobers” (not in English dictionary but here in JS we refer this word to those who have jobs) find it as a source to buy their needs from their hard-earned money or salary.

Jobless Society is organized not to support or promote unemployment. It is a Non-profitable Organization that aims to reach out those people who are unemployed and want to make most out of their time to be productive and nevertheless in an affirmative way. By being productive, it aspires to provide help and assistance for the underprivileged on learning essential ways for achieving livelihood productivity.

In short, it lets people see the brighter side of not having a regular 9-5 or 8hour office work or company job.

Do you mean, “brighter side of being jobless?”

Yes! Directly yes. It might sound metaphorical but it’s definitely true. Look… most of the people that are living the life they wanted – getting the things they want, living in the house they dreamed of, travelling to places they want as long as they want and when they want to – are not having the kind of regular job that most of the population are insighting. Those people have more than just that ’cause they know they can perform best if they have the control of their own time, and if they will work for themselves.

By being jobless, we mean that you have no work, no job that will let you wake up at six o’clock in the morning (or earlier than that) to prepare your thing before getting in to work, and then goes back home at late afternoon or even late at night to spend an overtime work.

If you are jobless and no work, you have a lot of time. If you have a lot of time, you can do a lot of things. And, if you choose to do a lot of things productively, you will be productive! If you have done a lot of things by being productive, you can start living the life you wanted that you weren’t able to have because you were limited to the idea that you can’t have an income since you were just “jobless” – nothing more and nothing less. And here’s the thing guys:  You can help a lot of people than you never think you can when you are jobless.

Jobless Society cares and shares, and will help those jobless people or people who wants to be jobless soonest to make use of their jobless time (that is a lot of time); that is, to make it productive by moulding new skills to empower their own lives and social status, helping other people thru out-reach programs, and more!

There’s nothing wrong of being jobless; that is, there’s nothing to complain about and to blame to. It’s a gift and it’s an honor — a gift of time, and an honor to serve a lot of people, and an honor to have control of our own time.

However, you will only realize that if you start on thinking outside the “box” — the box that’s usually one-sided to having a job or being employed is the greatest way to live the life we wanted. A box that has its own mocked up beatitude of “Happy are we who are employed, as we have a salary that will help us feed ourselves and our family.” And, if we don’t have enough to do so, it is somebody’s fault and that; that somebody should be blamed and should fix it.

You can get out of the box anytime you want and say to yourselves “Happy are those who are jobless as they have full control of their time, and they can grab as much opportunities as they can as long as they want, anytime they want without having to file a leave of absence.

Let’s stop complaining and blaming and fighting! Let’s start working and performing for the solution, and for a better Society.
